Boarding times are either Noon or 5 pm.

Noon boarding: Briefings commence at 12.30 pm.

5 pm boarding: You will receive a short yacht introduction upon arrival and a full orientation begins at 9.30am the following morning.

Briefings for VOYAGE charterers will take approximately 2-3 hours.

All VOYAGE yachts should be back on the dock by 9am ready for guests to disembark by 10am.

Your de-briefing captain will confirm departure procedures.

Yes, availability pending. Your chef will provision as per your group’s preferences & pack away.

All BVI Government Fees are based on numbers in your group and will be confirmed by your Charter Sales Specialist (these are listed on the Quote).

  • Environmental Tax at $10 per person upon entry.
  • Cruising Permits per person - all year round at $6 per night.
  • National Parks range from $25 to $85 per yacht per week.
  • Departure Tax from Airport $50pp and from Ferry Dock $20pp.
  • VISAR Search & Rescue donations appreciated at $2pp.

Security Deposits vary depending on yacht size & model.

  • VOYAGE 480, 500, 520 & 580 at $1,200
  • VOYAGE 590 at $1,800
  • Hull & Dinghy Damage Waiver $60 per day

A $200 fuel deposit is taken prior to leaving the dock. Both the yacht and dinghy will leave with full tanks and be re-fuelled at the end of charter. VOYAGE Landing offers several easy fuel stations on the docks for extra convenience and quick service. Note that all VOYAGE Yachts have Water Makers!

Two complimentary bags of VOYAGE Ice will be in your freezer.

VOYAGE charters work with AIG Travel Guard, a provider of travel insurance products for US residents. Ask your Charter Sales Specialist for further information.

Yes, VOYAGE offers a concierge service offering assistance in planning your travel arrangements, providing updated information around the BVI and booking dockage, restaurants and tours.
