We just returned from a six day trip on the 59 ft sailing catamaran, Sol Liv, in the BVI. Captain Chris and Chef Cara were the best! Chris is an excellent captain and is very knowledgeable about the BVI and his yacht. He is extremely resourceful, very kind and patient and obviously enjoys his job and takes it very seriously. He went above and beyond to make sure we all had what we needed and strove to fulfill all our requests.

Cara’s menus were varied and creative and most importantly, delicious! We looked forward to every meal and were never disappointed! She also went above and beyond to fulfill my request for a red velvet cake for our triple birthday celebration! The Sol Liv has six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and each had queen size beds!

We had a group of 10 adults and had plenty of room in the spacious salon and on the front and back deck. The best spot was on the upper deck! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! And fun times singing and laughing and enjoying and relaxing!

We recently had the pleasure of a Caribbean sailing trip aboard Auto Pirate, a 59-foot charter sailboat, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The luxury and comfort of Auto Pirate were exceptional, but what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding crew, Captain James and Chef Robyn.

Captain James and Robyn went above and beyond to make every aspect of the voyage perfect. They anticipated our every need, ensuring we could simply relax and enjoy. Captain James was a consummate professional, guiding us through mesmerizing waters and sharing hidden gems along the way, while Robyn crafted each meal like a work of art. Her dishes, worthy of any Michelin-star restaurant, were meticulously prepared, beautifully served, and infused with family recipe secrets that delighted even the most discerning palates.

When Robyn presented each meal, it wasn’t just her passion for cooking that shone through; she also shared the history behind each dish. Her knowledge and storytelling amazed us, even astonishing the historian in our group. Every meal became more than just a culinary experience—it was a journey through tradition and culture, making our dining experiences on Auto Pirate truly unforgettable.

From start to finish, every step of the voyage was enchanting. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience on Auto Pirate, made unforgettable by a world-class crew who brought every detail to life. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an extraordinary Caribbean escape.

Our recent sailing charter was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we stepped aboard the beautifully appointed and spacious boat, we knew we were in for a treat. The comfort level was outstanding, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time at sea. The weather was perfect every single day, which meant we could dive into a variety of activities, including paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and exploring the breathtaking surroundings.

Every moment was filled with adventure and excitement. A significant highlight of our trip was Captain Andy and our Chef, Charley. This dynamic duo truly made our experience unforgettable. Captain Andy expertly navigated us to beautiful coves with calm waters, picturesque beaches, and stunning sunset vistas. His knowledge of the area allowed us to discover hidden gems that we might have otherwise missed.

Charley, our talented chef, amazed us with her culinary creations. Each meal was an artistic delight, bursting with flavor and tailored to our preferences. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we enjoyed every dish was truly commendable. Together, Andy and Charley formed an incredible team, and we felt fortunate to have them guide us through our journey in the British Virgin Islands. Their hard work and dedication shone through in every aspect of our trip.

We left with cherished memories of snorkeling, visiting beach bars, collecting treasures, and experiencing some of the most amazing dives we've ever had. Their expertise on the waters and professionalism were evident throughout the week, making our vacation absolutely amazing. Most importantly, they took the time to connect with our teenagers, teaching them about life at sea and showing them genuine care. By the end of the trip, we felt like they were part of our family.

Phenomenal! We have been chattering in the BVI on and off for the last 25 years, and this trip was probably the smoothest, most professional, relaxing, and best accommodated trip we have ever had. There were 12 of us on a bareboat + captain for 6 nights. We chose the 590e “Home Again” and the layout was perfection for our group ages ranging 2-75. A/C ran like a dream, never had to stop for water as it made plenty, and well equipped kitchen and other amenities made it an extremely comfortable stay.

We were met by Stephan upon arrival for our sleep aboard night, and he was incredibly helpful with putting things away, getting us settled, and entertaining the kids. He was unable to take our charter though as family had come to visit, and we were so lucky to get Mike for our captain. He arrived promptly the next morning for our sail after a quick introduction and safety review.

Mike was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to accommodate everyone in the group. He answered all the kiddo questions eagerly and with lots of explanations for what, where, and why. His attention to safety and detail did not go unnoticed.

When your son wants a matching hat and cries in the taxi leaving the captain, you know you found a real gem. Thank you Voyage, and especially Mikey for a fabulous family trip. See you next year!

We recently spent a wonderful 7 days on a 52’ catamaran out of Tortola West End sailing throughout BVI with great friends. Tate was our amazing Captain and made this trip so enjoyable and memorable. He was so pleasant and a joy to be around. His expertise running the boat and navigating the islands was something to see.

This was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on…not just because of the wonderful friends that were on board but because Tate went above and beyond to give us an adventure of a life time. Can’t wait to do it again!

We have been on many voyages over the years with many fond memories on each one, but I never submitted a review for a charter until now…and that is because of our Captain. Stephan Nortje made our experience beyond spectacular. Not only is he an excellent sailor and guide, but he was more conscientious, more engaged, and ALWAYS looked out for our best interest and safety. Stephan made our trip a 10 out of 10 without question. Everyone on our trip felt the same about him and when we come back, we really hope we can get Stephan again.

Also, the boat was top notch and a dream to sail on. We had a great trip, on a superb vessel, and most of all the best Captain in all of BVI.

An absolutely fabulous vacation on a 58’ catamaran yacht. The vacation was booked with Clare, a super agent who was really helpful in assisting us to arrange our travel plans. Captain Chris, a very interesting man who was born and raised in the BVI - “ A true be-longer “ Chris helped set up the trip of where to go and what to see. Everyday a new location with fun, adventure and excitement. Chris knows the Islands and all the interesting venues along with vey private, secluded and actives locations.

Chef Cara, a really lovely lady who knows how to prepare, present and detail every meal. The food was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed every meal ! Our family of 7 had the Best vacation ever, and we have all been to some of the most beautiful places in the world. The BVI are pristine and beautiful

An amazing trip for our two families on a Voyage 59! Plenty of room and incredible boat. First time with Captain Stefen was absolutely the best!! So great we rebooked for next year before we were off the boat. He planned a great itinerary, added activities and fit right into the group. Highly recommend him!
